FSS Coordinator 

We are currently seeking an FSS Coordinator to support our Family Self-Sufficiency Program.  The Family Self-Sufficiency Program provides employment and asset-building support for participants of its Housing Choice Voucher Program to help families become economically self-sufficient.  General responsibilities will include employment assessment, coaching, case management, financial fitness training, and outreach to encourage families to participate in this voluntary program.  The FSS Coordinator will also be responsible for developing and maintaining effective working relationships with local and state organizations providing services to low-income families.  This is a full-time position funded by a HUD grant that is renewable annually.

General qualifications include a Bachelors Degree in a related field and at least three years of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.  Specific requirements include but are not limited to knowledge of and experience working with very low-income families using a strength-based, coaching, financial fitness education.  Intermediate word processing, email, electronic calendar, and keyboard skills with MS Office required.  Experience in homeownership education and counseling and the ability to communicate in Spanish helpful, but not required.

Financial Analyst 

Ideal candidate will be responsible for a broad range of analysis related to the issuance of tax-exempt bonds, the evaluation of financial operating results, the evaluation of risk associated with mortgage insurance products, the modeling of multi-year cash flows, and the evaluation of proposed housing programs and project financings.  A master's degree in a related field and three years relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education/experience is required.  New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority offers a strong benefits package including medical, dental and life insurances as well as retirement contributions and educational assistance.
