The purpose of the Technical Assistance Program is to provide pre-development funds to certain types of New Hampshire based not for profit organizations to assist in their efforts to develop affordable housing in New Hampshire. In addition, the Technical Assistance Program is intended to provide organizational operating assistance to the applicants who are successful in bringing projects forward to the development stage.
