Fair Housing, ADA, and Section 504 Accessibility Training

New Hampshire Legal Assistance and New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority are pleased to present a virtual statewide training on compliance with the accessibility requirements of the Fair Housing Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act. At this training, Mark English of E&A Team, Inc. will debunk common accessibility myths, discuss the Department of Justice’s new Accessibility Initiative and NCSHA’s new Recommended Practices, and cover the regulations and standards of Section 504 and the design and construction requirements of the Fair Housing Act. Attendees also will learn how accessibility responsibility will affect Capital Needs Assessments and be taken along a virtual walk through identifying typical accessibility issues.
