Home buyer education is the first step toward owning your own home and building equity in your future.  Since 1995, New Hampshire Housing's First-Time Home Buyer Seminars have helped guide prospective home owners through the complicated and often confusing process of purchasing a home.  New Hampshire Housing's seminars are conveniently offered statewide and at no cost.  Professionals from several fields will talk you through the home buying process and the responsibilities of home ownership in a comprehensive program presented in an educational, non-sales oriented environment. 

New Hampshire Housing First-Time Home Buyer Seminars are offered over two evening sessions or one full day Saturday session and help you to:

• Develop an understanding of the responsibilities associated with home ownership.
• Assess whether home ownership is your best housing option.
• Gain a base of knowledge to become an informed consumer in the housing market.
• Learn about special program resources to finance your home.
