The GOAL Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) Program offers employment coaching and financial coaching to heads of Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher households who are working or able and willing to work at least part time. As household earned income increases, funds are deposited into an escrow account that is for the participant when they successfully complete the program.

Homeownership Education & Counseling

Always dreamed of owning your own home? If you have not owned a home in the last three years, complete homebuyer education, and meet certain income and credit history requirements, you may be able to use your voucher for assistance paying a mortgage.
