• On Saturday, April 26, 2008 the state Office of Energy and Planning hosted its 15th Annual Planning and Zoning Conference at the Radisson Hotel, Center of New Hampshire in Manchester.  These two presentations on Housing for Older Persons were made by Russell Thibeault, President of Applied Research Economics and William S.
