New Hampshire Housing offers several rental assistance programs to eligible low- and moderate-income persons and families.

The Federal Housing Choice Voucher Rental Assistance Program provides safe, decent, sanitary and affordable housing to very-low income households through subsidies. Program eligibility and assistance is based upon income and household size.

The Emergency Housing Program helps households in imminent danger of eviction due to financial difficulty with short-term assistance when municipalities are unable to offer assistance.  

The Mainstream Housing Choice Voucher Program provides rental assistance to very low-income non-elderly (younger than age 62) persons with disabilities.  

ACCESS – a Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program provides rental assistance to very low-income non-elderly (younger than age 62) persons with disabilities currently living in an assisted living or nursing home.
