New Hampshire Housing - Foreclosure Notice Recipient Survey

Since August 2007 the Foreclosure Notice Recipient Survey has been sent out to every home owner who has received a foreclosure notice. The survey was begun to determine whether there were any fraudulent foreclosure rescue opportunists operating within the state, and also to determine the actual causes of foreclosures in New Hampshire. The survey instrument is mailed along with a brochure containing information about the foreclosure process and resources for home owners about where they can go for help in trying to avoid foreclosure.
