New Hampshire Housing's Office of Policy and Planning is responsible for a number of regulatory activities for the Authority. Among them are the coordination of the state's Consolidated Plan and its annual updates. In addition, this group within New Hampshire Housing offers a number of tools to municipal planners, housing developers and other housing professionals.
