On Tuesday, May 12, the Workforce Housing Coalition will be hosting a Where We Live Tour alongside John and Maggie Randolph at their well-known Cottages at Back River Road development in Dover. The tour will be followed by a coffee and lunch hour with the Randolphs at Stella’s.

This event is part of Seacoast Affordable Housing Week. Organized by Home for All Coalition, the week of May 11-17 will be filled with events, exhibitions, community nights, and more to raise awareness for affordable housing on the Seacoast.

This program is  presented by the ReGen Valley Tech Hub, in collaboration with New Hampshire Housing and the Greater Manchester Chamber.

• The connection between development patterns and municipal finances
• How small regulatory changes can unlock better housing, downtown vitality, and stronger community outcomes

Designed for both citizen planners and professional staff, this session will give participants the tools to better align planning goals with financial feasibility—bridging the gap between regulation and reality.
