Capital investment has never been more crucial to support housing and community development goals throughout New England. FHLBank Boston and our Advisory Council invite you to participate in the Expanding Investment in New England Communities at Saint Anselm College in Manchester, New Hampshire.

The marketplace is increasingly complex and solutions require new partnerships and new tools. How can lenders, developers, municipal and state leaders work more effectively to produce more housing, create more starter homes, help more homebuyers, and expand capital access? How can these investments be more profitable and effective? What do you and your organization need to know to innovate and realize these new opportunities?

FHLBank Boston’s products and services – including the homeownership assistance programs, Affordable Housing Program, and the Mortgage Partnership Finance® (MPF®) Program – can be part of the solution. We are here to help you make the connections needed to serve your communities.

By joining us, you’ll have an opportunity to hear from innovative community leaders about new investment opportunities within your regional market and network with funders, investors, and community developers.

This complimentary event includes continental breakfast, lunch, and parking.
