New Hampshire Housing is a self-supporting public corporation that promotes, finances, and supports housing solutions for the people of New Hampshire. We operate rental and homeownership programs designed to assist low- and moderate-income persons with obtaining affordable housing. We have helped more than 55,000 families purchase their own homes and been instrumental in financing the creation of more than 16,000 multifamily housing units.

Established by statute in 1981, New Hampshire Housing receives no operating funds from the state government.

Bio: Rob Dapice is the Executive Director/CEO of New Hampshire Housing. Dapice serves on various boards, including the Board of Directors of the Business and Industry Association of New Hampshire, Waypoint Board of Trustees, and his town’s Planning Board. A resident of Contoocook, he earned a bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College, and a master of business administration degree from the University of New Hampshire. He is a member of the Leadership New Hampshire Class of 2017 and a graduate of the U.S. Army Ranger School.
