Notice of Public Hearing Redberry Farm Phase II

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be conducted at Harvey-Mitchell Memorial Library located at 151 Main St, Epping, New Hampshire from 4:00 PM to 4:30 PM on May 6, 2025, with respect to a proposal for financing by the New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority for a project know as Redberry Farm Apartments Phase II. NH Housing intends to approve the use of $1,062,674 in Affordable Housing Fund (AHF) monies as part of the financing; however, the amount approved may be decreased or increased at NH Housing’s discretion. The proposed $3,410,668 project will be located at 38 Plumer Road, Epping, NH. The project will create eight new supportive housing units for individuals with developmental disabilities and acquired brain disorders. The owner of the proposed Project will be Farmsteads of New England Inc., located in Hillsborough, NH.
NH Housing is the administrator of the Affordable Housing Fund pursuant to RSA 204-C:56-62 and has established Rules for the administration of the Affordable Housing Fund (HFA 113).
Written comments will be accepted for two business days following the public hearing and must be received by email or physical delivery no later than 4:30 PM on May 8, 2025.
