										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be conducted at Rochester Public Library located at 65 S Main Street, Rochester, NH from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM on May 11, 2026, with respect to a proposal for financing by the New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority for a project known as Nutter Woods.  NH Housing intends to approve the use of $1,350,000 in Affordable Housing Fund (AHF) monies as part of the financing; however, the amount approved may be decreased or increased at NH Housing’s discretion. The proposed $10,427,461 project will be located at 0 McKinley Street, Rochester, NH 03867. The project will create a 30-unit multifamily residential rental housing development. The owner of the proposed project will be Emerald Limited Partnership, also located in Rochester, NH.</p>
<p>NH Housing is the administrator of the Affordable Housing Fund pursuant to RSA 204-C:56-62 and has established Rules for the administration of the Affordable Housing Fund (HFA 113).</p>
<p>Written comments will be accepted for two business days following the public hearing and must be received by email or physical delivery no later than 4:30 PM on May 13, 2026.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be conducted at the Nashua Regional Planning Council located at 30 Temple Street, Nashua, New Hampshire, from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM on March 24<sup>th</sup>, 2026, with respect to a proposal for financing by the New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority for a project known as Meridian at J.F. NH Housing intends to approve the use of $5,600,944 in Affordable Housing Fund (AHF) monies as part of the financing; however, the amount approved may be decreased or increased at NH Housing’s discretion. The proposed $69,444,448 project will be located at 103 Temple Street, Nashua, New Hampshire. The project will create a 205-unit multifamily residential rental housing development. The owner of the proposed Project will be 103 Temple Street, LLC located in Nashua, New Hampshire.</p>
<p>NH Housing is the administrator of the Affordable Housing Fund pursuant to RSA 204-C:56-62 and has established Rules for the administration of the Affordable Housing Fund (HFA 113).</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Notice is hearby given that on March 24th, 2026 at 2:00 PM New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority will hold a public hearing at its office at 32 Constitution Drive, Bedford, NH. The hearing is with respect to the proposed issuance by New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority, acting under and pursuant to New Hampshire Revised Statutes Annotated Chapter 204-C (the &#8220;Act&#8221;), of obligations in the maximum aggregate principal amount of $32,500,000 (the &#8220;Bonds&#8221;) (out of a total anticipated project cost of approximately $70,000,000). The Bonds are proposed to be issued to provide financing as permitted under the Act for the following multi-family housing project (the &#8220;Project&#8221;): the acquisition of a 2.99 acre parcel of land located at 103 Temple Street City of Nashua, County of Hillsborough, and State of New Hampshire and the construction (including demolition of an existing building), furnishing and equipping on such land of a 205-unit multi-family residential rental housing development (consisting of one building with an aggregate square foot building area totaling approximately 161,263 square feet, and with at least 40% of the units expected to be occupied by tenants having incomes no greater than 60% of the area median income). The owner of the Project will be 103 Temple Street LLC, a New Hampshire limited liability company, the general partner of which will be Anagnost Possible, LLC. The Bonds will not be a general obligation of New Hampshire Housing finance Authority or a pledge of the faith and credit of New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority or a debt, liability, obligation or pledge of the faith and credit of the State of New Hampshire or any political subdivision thereof.</p>
<p>Written comments will be accepted for two business days following the public hearing, and must be received by email, fax, or physical delivery no later than 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 26th, 2026.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be conducted by New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority at its offices at 32 Constitution Drive, Bedford, NH from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM on March 4, 2026, or such longer time as is  necessary to address all relevant comments, with respect to the proposed issuance by New Hampshire Housing, acting under and pursuant to New Hampshire Revised Statutes Annotated Chapter 204-C (the “Act”), of obligations in the maximum aggregate principal amount of $12,000,000  (the “Bonds”) (out of a total anticipated project cost of approximately $21,650,000). The Bonds are proposed to be issued to provide financing as permitted under the Act for the following multi-family housing project (the “Project”): The new construction of 58 units of affordable and age-restricted housing, located on a certain parcel of land, situated on the easterly side of New Hampshire State Route 13 in the Town of Brookline, County of Hillsborough, State of New Hampshire (identified on Brookline Tax Map D as Lot 50 and will be future Lot 50-1). At least 40 percent of the units in the Project will be occupied by tenants with income no greater than 60 percent of area median gross income. The owner of the Project will be Brookline Four Owner, LLC, a New Hampshire limited liability company located in Hollis, New Hampshire, the general partner of which is Brookline Four Manager, LLC.  The Bonds will not be a general obligation of New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority or a pledge of the faith and credit of New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority or a debt, liability, obligation or pledge of the faith and credit of the State of New Hampshire or any political subdivision thereof.</p>
