Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be conducted at the Nashua Regional Planning Council located at 30 Temple Street, Nashua, New Hampshire, from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM on March 24^th, 2026, with respect to a proposal for financing by the New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority for a project known as Meridian at J.F. NH Housing intends to approve the use of $5,600,944 in Affordable Housing Fund (AHF) monies as part of the financing; however, the amount approved may be decreased or increased at NH Housing’s discretion. The proposed $69,444,448 project will be located at 103 Temple Street, Nashua, New Hampshire. The project will create a 205-unit multifamily residential rental housing development. The owner of the proposed Project will be 103 Temple Street, LLC located in Nashua, New Hampshire.

NH Housing is the administrator of the Affordable Housing Fund pursuant to RSA 204-C:56-62 and has established Rules for the administration of the Affordable Housing Fund (HFA 113).

Written comments will be accepted for two business days following the public hearing and must be received by email or physical delivery no later than 4:30 PM on March 26^th, 2026.

Notice of Public Hearing: TEFRA 103 Temple Street

Notice is hearby given that on March 24th, 2026 at 2:00 PM New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority will hold a public hearing at its office at 32 Constitution Drive, Bedford, NH. The hearing is with respect to the proposed issuance by New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority, acting under and pursuant to New Hampshire Revised Statutes Annotated Chapter 204-C (the “Act”), of obligations in the maximum aggregate principal amount of $32,500,000 (the “Bonds”) (out of a total anticipated project cost of approximately $70,000,000). The Bonds are proposed to be issued to provide financing as permitted under the Act for the following multi-family housing project (the “Project”): the acquisition of a 2.99 acre parcel of land located at 103 Temple Street City of Nashua, County of Hillsborough, and State of New Hampshire and the construction (including demolition of an existing building), furnishing and equipping on such land of a 205-unit multi-family residential rental housing development (consisting of one building with an aggregate square foot building area totaling approximately 161,263 square feet, and with at least 40% of the units expected to be occupied by tenants having incomes no greater than 60% of the area median income). The owner of the Project will be 103 Temple Street LLC, a New Hampshire limited liability company, the general partner of which will be Anagnost Possible, LLC. The Bonds will not be a general obligation of New Hampshire Housing finance Authority or a pledge of the faith and credit of New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority or a debt, liability, obligation or pledge of the faith and credit of the State of New Hampshire or any political subdivision thereof.

Written comments will be accepted for two business days following the public hearing, and must be received by email, fax, or physical delivery no later than 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 26th, 2026.

Notice of Public Hearing: TEFRA Brookline Woods Four

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be conducted by New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority at its offices at 32 Constitution Drive, Bedford, NH from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM on March 4, 2026, or such longer time as is necessary to address all relevant comments, with respect to the proposed issuance by New Hampshire Housing, acting under and pursuant to New Hampshire Revised Statutes Annotated Chapter 204-C (the “Act”), of obligations in the maximum aggregate principal amount of $12,000,000 (the “Bonds”) (out of a total anticipated project cost of approximately $21,650,000). The Bonds are proposed to be issued to provide financing as permitted under the Act for the following multi-family housing project (the “Project”): The new construction of 58 units of affordable and age-restricted housing, located on a certain parcel of land, situated on the easterly side of New Hampshire State Route 13 in the Town of Brookline, County of Hillsborough, State of New Hampshire (identified on Brookline Tax Map D as Lot 50 and will be future Lot 50-1). At least 40 percent of the units in the Project will be occupied by tenants with income no greater than 60 percent of area median gross income. The owner of the Project will be Brookline Four Owner, LLC, a New Hampshire limited liability company located in Hollis, New Hampshire, the general partner of which is Brookline Four Manager, LLC. The Bonds will not be a general obligation of New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority or a pledge of the faith and credit of New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority or a debt, liability, obligation or pledge of the faith and credit of the State of New Hampshire or any political subdivision thereof.

Notice Of Public Hearing: 2026-2030 Consolidated Plan

The New Hampshire Housing and Community Development Planning Council is drafting the 2026-2030 Consolidated Plan which includes the 2026 Annual Action Plan for the State of New Hampshire. The Consolidated Plan and Annual Action Plan will establish the priorities for use of HOME Investment Partnerships Program, national Housing Trust Fund, Community Development Block Grant, and Emergency Solutions Grant funds received from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development and describes the method of distribution of these funds for 2026-2030. The Council, and the three agencies administering the funds, (New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority, New Hampshire Community Development Finance Authority, and the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services, Bureau of Homeless Services) are holding a public hearing with community partners and stakeholders who work to combat homelessness, create affordable housing and build community development.

The public hearing is Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at 10:00 AM. This will be a hybrid meeting so you can attend virtually or in person at New Hampshire Housing’s office located at 32 Constitution Drive, Bedford. For more information about the type of activities these programs fund, please see the 2021-2025 State of New Hampshire Consolidated Plan at www.nhhfa.org/publications-data/nh-consolidated-planning-for-hud/.

A Draft of the 2026-2030 Consolidated Plan will be available by 5:00 PM on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, for public comment.

Notice is hereby given that on February 17^th, 2026 a public hearing will be conducted by New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority (NH Housing) at its offices at 32 Constitution Drive, Bedford, NH from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. The hearing is with respect to the proposed issuance by New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority, acting under and pursuant to New Hampshire Revised Statutes Annotated Chapter 204-C (the “Act”), of obligations in the maximum aggregate principal amount of $10,500,000 (the “Bonds”) (out of a total anticipated project cost of approximately $69,000,000). The Bonds are proposed to be issued to provide financing as permitted under the Act to fund additional project costs for the following multi-family housing project (the “Project”): the acquisition of an approximately .71 acre site with building thereon located at 351 Chestnut Street (referred to in the Tax Assessor’s office as Tax Map 73, Lot 1) and an approximately .33 acre site located at 0 Merrimack Street (referred to in the Tax Assessor’s office as Tax Map 73-30A) in the City of Manchester, County of Hillsborough, and State of New Hampshire, such sites being contiguous except for the separation by Merrimack Street; the demolition of the building currently located at 351 Chestnut Street; and the construction, furnishing and equipping on such land of a 142 unit multi-family residential rental housing development (consisting of a 98-unit building located at 351 Chestnut Street and a 44-unit building located at 0 Merrimack Street with an aggregate square foot building area for the two buildings totaling approximately 159,000 square feet). All 142 residential units are expected to be occupied by tenants having incomes no greater than 60% of area median income. The owner of the Project will be Residences at Chestnut MNH Limited Partnership, a New Hampshire limited partnership, the general partner of which will be Residences at Chestnut MNH GP LLC. The Bonds will be a general obligation of New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority but will not be a debt, liability, obligation or pledge of the faith and credit of the State of New Hampshire or any political subdivision thereof.
