Notice of Public Hearing for 120 Pleasant Street

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be conducted at the NH Community Development Finance Authority, located at 14 Dixon Avenue, Concord, New Hampshire from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM on April 13, 2023, with respect to a proposal for financing by the New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority for a project know as 120 Pleasant Street. NH Housing intends to approve the use of $824,000 in Affordable Housing Fund (AHF) monies as part of the financing; however, the amount approved may be decreased or increased at NH Housing’s discretion. The proposed $2,348,064 project will be located at 120 Pleasant Street, Concord, NH. The project will include the rehabilitation of an existing multifamily house into seven one-bedroom apartments and one studio apartment for people experiencing homelessness. The owner of the proposed Project will be the Concord Coalition to End Homelessness, located in Concord, NH.


NH Housing is the administrator of the Affordable Housing Fund pursuant to RSA 204-C:56-62 and has established Rules for the administration of the Affordable Housing Fund (HFA 113).


Written comments will be accepted for two business days following the public hearing and must be received by email or physical delivery no later than 4:30 PM on April 17, 2023.
