Asset Management

There are about 475 properties (totaling more than 15,000 units) in our portfolio that have received financing through NH Housing programs. NH Housing does not own residential properties.

Additionally, through HUD’s Performance Based Contract Administration (PBCA) program, NH Housing oversees the administration of 145 housing developments (5,755 units). These are properties that receive direct project-based rental assistance from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. In FY23, NH Housing processed $63.8 million in PBCA funds.
