New Hampshire Housing seeks a full-time Rental Housing Assistant in our Assisted Housing division, responsible for administrative and support activities related to our Housing Choice Voucher and Moderate Rehabilitation rental assistance programs. The successful candidate has a high school diploma and three to five years of relevant work experience. We are looking for someone with customer service experience and strong data entry and keyboard skills along with a solid ability to handle multiple calls in a call center atmosphere using proper telephone techniques and etiquette.

New Hampshire Housing seeks a full-time Loan Processer for our Homeownership division, responsible for performing various duties associated with the processing and quality control of mortgage loans within our Participating Originator Channel.  Duties include the intake, verification, and input of new loan applications into our loan origination system, preparing loan files for underwriting, ordering appraisals, and interacting with external participating loan originators as well as customers.      

The successful candidate has Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or at least three years of relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.  We are looking for someone with strong organization skills, an aptitude for learning, solid customer service skills and the willingness to take on new challenges.   Experience in mortgage lending is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person!
