This position supports the efforts to maintain relationships with community members, regional housing advocacy organizations and municipalities through education, public presentations, technical assistance, and other resources.

Keys to success in the position are a proven ability to communicate effectively, solid ability to build working relationships with various business partners and peers, strong public speaking and presentation skills, and experience with the MS Office suite. Knowledge of the housing industry and community engagement/development experience preferred. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or at least five years’ relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. American Institute of Certified Planners Certification preferred.

New Hampshire Housing seeks a full-time Senior Programmer/Analyst. The successful candidate will have the ability to interpret and analyze management information system user requirements, as well as design, develop, modify, and implement computer software applications, programs, systems and operating methodologies which address those requirements. Experience with RAD low code technologies, business process analysis, and database design is key. Experience in web development using JavaScript/CSS/Web Services will be preferred. Knowledge of Progress 4GL programming a plus. Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field and at least three years prior experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience required.
