New Hampshire Housing seeks a full time Program Manager, Multi-Family Development, responsible for administering ongoing multi-family finance programs, with a focus on supportive housing, as well as assisting the Director of Housing Development as necessary. The successful candidate will have the ability to underwrite all development financing applications and provide support to the Director of Housing Development in establishing and regularly updating multi-family development policies and standards, maintain familiarity with all federal cross-cutting requirements under various funding programs, and maintain relationships with lenders, developers, consultants, and housing advocates locally and nationally.

A Master’s degree in a related field and at least three years relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
