New Hampshire Housing seeks a full-time Accountant for our Finance & Accounting division, responsible for the accounting transactions and functions relative to one or more major components of the New Hampshire Housing’s business or major segments of the accounting process such as loan servicing and investments, and preparation of various financial reports.
The successful candidate has experience with financial and accounting systems, Microsoft Office 365 applications, electronic spreadsheets, and strong accounting knowledge and experience. A strong understanding of manual and information system internal controls desired. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or at least five years relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.

New Hampshire Housing seeks a full-time Mortgage Loan Underwriter for our Homeownership division, responsible for reviewing and analyzing applicants’ mortgage loan applications for qualification purposes with a primary focus on New Hampshire Housing’s Participating Originator channel as well as also supporting other program lending activities within the division. This position also determines approvals or denials of loans based on program and underwriting requirements set by New Hampshire Housing, Fannie Mae, Federal Housing Administration (FHA), Rural Development (RD), and the Veterans’ Administration (VA).

The successful candidate has strong proven knowledge of all eligibility and underwriting requirements (law, regulations, policies, and guidelines) set by the Agencies with at least three years’ experience working with a lender, including experience underwriting Agency loans. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or at least five years of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
