Legal Notice: Public Hearing on Draft 2027-2028 QAP

A public hearing will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, at New Hampshire Housing, 32 Constitution Drive, Bedford, NH, to receive comments on the draft 2027-2028 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) for the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program (LIHTC). The QAP defines the process by which New Hampshire Housing will allocate LIHTC’s to eligible affordable rental housing developments throughout the state of New Hampshire.

Copies of the draft QAP will be available on New Hampshire Housing’s website prior to the public hearing (www.nhhousing.org). Written comments in lieu of participation in the public hearing are also welcome and may be submitted by mail at the address above or by email to QAP@nhhfa.org.
