Notice of Public Hearing: Revive Recovery Home

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be conducted at Manchester City Library located at 405 Pine Street, Manchester, New Hampshire, from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM on February 11, 2026, with respect to a proposal for financing by the New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority for a project known as Revive Recovery Home. NH Housing intends to approve the use of $1,950,000 in Affordable Housing Fund (AHF) monies as part of the financing; however, the amount approved may be decreased or increased at NH Housing’s discretion. The proposed $2,320,954 project will be located at 633 Second Street, Manchester, New Hampshire. The project will create an 18-bed certified recovery residence. The owner of the proposed Project will be Revive Recovery Inc. located in Nashua, New Hampshire.
NH Housing is the administrator of the Affordable Housing Fund pursuant to RSA 204-C:56-62 and has established Rules for the administration of the Affordable Housing Fund (HFA 113).
Written comments will be accepted for two business days following the public hearing and must be received by email or physical delivery no later than 4:30 PM on February 13, 2026.
