Chase Hagaman Joins New Hampshire Housing as Managing Director of Homeownership

New Hampshire Housing is pleased to welcome Chase Hagaman as the new Managing Director of the Homeownership Division.

In this role, Chase will lead and oversee all aspects of the agency’s homeownership programs and servicing portfolio. His responsibilities include setting strategic direction, guiding residential lending programs, managing subservicing relationships, supporting homebuyer education and outreach, and overseeing marketing and business development initiatives.

Chase brings valuable experience from the New Hampshire Department of Business and Economic Affairs, where he served as Director of Economic Development. Prior to that, he was Deputy Director of the Governor’s Office for Emergency Relief and Recovery, working closely with partners across the state to support pandemic response and recovery efforts.

His professional shift from broader economic development to housing reflects both a personal connection to the homebuying experience and a strong commitment to expanding access to homeownership. Chase is passionate about building on the Division’s efforts to support homebuyers, strengthen lender partnerships, and foster a robust educational environment that empowers individuals and families across New Hampshire.
