Consolidated Plan Community Members Consultation Meeting

The New Hampshire Housing and Community Development Planning Council is beginning the process of developing the 2026-2030 Consolidated Plan which includes the 2026 Annual Action Plan for the State of New Hampshire. The Consolidated Plan and Annual Action Plan will establish the priorities for use of HOME Investment Partnerships Program, National Housing Trust Fund, Community Development Block Grant, and Emergency Solutions Grant funds received from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development and describes the method of distribution of these funds for 2026-2030. The Council, and the three agencies administering the funds, (New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority, New Hampshire Community Development Finance Authority, and the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services, Bureau of Homeless Services) are holding a consultation meeting with community partners and stakeholders who work to combat homelessness, create affordable housing and build community development.

The consultation meeting is Wednesday, January 7, 2026, at 11am.  This is a hybrid meeting.  The meeting will be held at New Hampshire Housing’s office located at 32 Constitution Drive, Bedford in the East Entrance conference rooms. 

You will be asked to indicate if you are attending in-person or virtually when you register.  Seating is limited.
