New Hampshire PBS and Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health invite you to the final COMMUNITIES & CONSEQUENCES II screening event focused on Barriers, Solutions and Collaborations.

Join us on Thursday, October 7 from noon to 1pm.

The discussion will be moderated by Dr. Sally Kraft, MD, MPH and VP of Population Health at Dartmouth-Hitchcock where she leads a multi-disciplinary team dedicated to improving the health of populations and communities across the region served by Dartmouth Hitchcock faculty and affiliates.

Additional speakers include the team behind the documentary and community outreach effort – Peter Francese, demographer and author of the book Communities and Consequences II: Rebalancing New Hampshire’s Human Ecology, book co-author and former Agricultural Commissioner, Lorraine Stuart Merrill and film producer and director Jay Childs.
