The Initiative for Housing Policy and Practice at Saint Anselm College will host a public talk with Dr. Jacob Anbinder, an urban historian whose research examines the political, economic, and social forces shaping American housing and land use. Drawing on historical analysis and contemporary examples, Dr. Anbinder will explore how past policy choices continue to influence today’s housing shortages and what lessons history offers for expanding housing opportunity.
