Notice Of Public Hearing: 2026-2030 Consolidated Plan

The New Hampshire Housing and Community Development Planning Council is drafting the 2026-2030 Consolidated Plan which includes the 2026 Annual Action Plan for the State of New Hampshire. The Consolidated Plan and Annual Action Plan will establish the priorities for use of HOME Investment Partnerships Program, national Housing Trust Fund, Community Development Block Grant, and Emergency Solutions Grant funds received from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development and describes the method of distribution of these funds for 2026-2030. The Council, and the three agencies administering the funds, (New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority, New Hampshire Community Development Finance Authority, and the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services, Bureau of Homeless Services) are holding a public hearing with community partners and stakeholders who work to combat homelessness, create affordable housing and build community development.

The public hearing is Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at 10:00 AM. This will be a hybrid meeting so you can attend virtually or in person at New Hampshire Housing’s office located at 32 Constitution Drive, Bedford.  For more information about the type of activities these programs fund​, please see the 2021-2025 State of New Hampshire Consolidated Plan at www.nhhfa.org/publications-data/nh-consolidated-planning-for-hud/.

A Draft of the 2026-2030 Consolidated Plan will be available by 5:00 PM on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, for public comment.

The 30-day comment period will begin on Wednesday, March 4, 2026. Written comments may be submitted throughout the public comment period of March 4, 2026, through April 3, 2026. Comments may be emailed to clavallee@nhhfa.org.
