Public Notice: AHF Vose Farm Residences Phase I

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be conducted by New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority (the “Authority) in the Select Board Meeting Room, Peterborough Town Hall, 1 Grove Street, Peterborough, New Hampshire 03458 from 5:30 pm to 6:00 pm on Tuesday, June 11, 2024. The hearing pertains to a proposal for financing by New Hampshire Housing Financing Authority for a project known as Vose Farm Residences Phase 1. New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority intends to approve the use of up to $5,000,000 in Affordable Housing Fund (AHF) monies as part of the financing for the acquisition and construction of a 64-unit general occupancy rental housing project located at 10 and 12 Vose Farm Road (referred to as Map RB Lot 024-301), Peterborough, New Hampshire. The sponsor of the proposed project is New Hampshire Catholic Charities located in Manchester, New Hampshire. The owner of the Project will be Vose Farm Phase 1 Limited Partnership, a New Hampshire limited partnership, the general partner of which will be CC Vose Farm Phase 1, LLC.

New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority is the administrator of the Affordable Housing Fund pursuant to RSA 204-C:56-62 and has established rules (HFA 113) for the administration of the Affordable Housing Fund.  

Written comments will be accepted for two business days following the public hearing and must be received by email, fax, or physical delivery no later than 4:30 p.m. on June 13, 2024.
