DIRECTOR, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
HOMEOWNERSHIP PROGRAMS


New Hampshire Housing is recruiting for a Director, Business Development for its Homeownership Division. This position is responsible for: 1) creating and implementing the overall business development strategy for single-family loan and mortgage credit certificate (MCC) programs, including lender and borrower outreach; 2) managing all lender and other key business partner relationships to maintain and enhance the use of programs; and 3) being part of a cross-divisional team that makes key decisions on running successful, compliant and financially sound programs. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and in-depth knowledge of homeownership programs and mortgage lending, including knowledge of mortgage programs such as Fannie Mae and FHA.  The ability to collect, organize, analyze and present data about loans is critical, and experience with customer relationship managements systems is required.  A Masters Degree in a related field with at least five years relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

ASSOCIATE ACCOUNTANT

New Hampshire Housing is currently looking for a full time, entry-level Associate Accountant to process accounts payable.  The Associate Accountant will be responsible for the timely processing of disbursements, reconciling general ledger accounts, and will assist with budgeting and the annual audit.  Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.  An Associates degree in a related field or at least four years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
