Systems Administrator

New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority is looking for a qualified candidate to fill a Systems Administrator position.  Responsibilities include supporting internal system users by providing help desk services to resolve computer hardware and software problems, maintaining user accounts and working closely with the Information Technology team to provide user and project support.  Also responsible for maintaining desktop, laptop, server network and cloud software upgrades in addition to organizing, coordinating and implementing infrastructure plans and changes.  The ideal candidate will have technical certifications or training in Microsoft products, be a self-starter and eager to learn with a strong customer service focus.  A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or at least four years relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Adminitrative Assistant

New Hampshire Housing is looking for qualified candidates for a full-time Administrative Assistant position.  Duties include administrative and clerical responsibilities in support of the Homeownership Division. Responsibilities will include travel arrangements, meeting coordination, supply ordering, document management, reporting, quality control assistance, customer service and other duties in support of the Homeownership staff.  Proficiency in Microsoft software programs is key to success; Sharepoint experience and basic mortgage knowledge preferred.  An Associate’s Degree in a related field or at least four years relevant work experience or equivalent combination required.

SharePoint/Document Administrator

New Hampshire Housing seeks a SharePoint/Document Administrator who will be responsible for creating and maintaining SharePoint applications and document management practices to support the creation of high quality searchable electronic records. Responsibilities include working with division representatives to identify document preparation and quality control measures for various document types and serving as the Global Administrator for SharePoint. An Associate’s Degree in a related field or at least 4 years of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail, advanced knowledge of SharePoint, ability to make decisions with strong critical thinking skills and the ability to lead teams.
