ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

New Hampshire Housing is looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant. Duties include administrative and clerical responsibilities in support of the Assisted Housing Division. Responsibilities will include answering phones, ordering supplies, mail distribution, meeting coordination, document retention, and creating/maintaining advanced word processing, spreadsheet and presentation documents and many other duties in support of the Managing Director, Assisted Housing and the Assisted Housing Division. Proficiency in Microsoft software programs along with strong vocabulary, business writing, data entry and attention to detail skills required. SharePoint experience preferred. An Associate’s Degree in a related field or at least four years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination required. 


Accounting Assistant

New Hampshire Housing is looking for a full-time Accounting Assistant to provide light accounting to the Finance and Accounting Division. The Accounting Assistant will be responsible for processing tasks to include daily banking transactions, monitoring daily cash activity, assisting with the monthly close of various financial applications, and data entry. An Associate’s degree in a related field or at least four years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
