Mortgage Credit Certificate Processor

New Hampshire Housing is currently looking for a full time Mortgage Credit Certificate Processor to work in our Homeownership division. Responsibilities include Processes Mortgage Credit Certificate (MCC) applications from reservation through issuance following NHHFA and IRS program rules. Actively monitors MCC pipeline to ensure timely issuance.  This position also includes loan processing functions related to single family loans and providing inbound marketing support.  The ideal candidate will have some knowledge of single-family mortgage lending, the ability to make decisions, skillfully handle confrontations and communicate with confidence. Must be able to operate in a fast-paced environment and be an effective team player while also providing quality customer service. The ideal candidate also will have accurate data entry and intermediate Microsoft Word skills.  A Bachelor's Degree in a related field or at least three years of residential mortgage loan experience or equivalent mortgage banking experience; working knowledge of IRS tax credit guidelines required.

SharePoint/Document Administrator

New Hampshire Housing seeks a SharePoint/Document Administrator who will be responsible for creating and maintaining SharePoint applications and document management practices to support the creation of high quality searchable electronic records. Responsibilities include working with division representatives to identify document preparation and quality control measures for various document types and serving as the Global Administrator for SharePoint. An Associate’s Degree in a related field or at least 4 years of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail, advanced knowledge of SharePoint, ability to make decisions with strong critical thinking skills and the ability to lead teams.

Accountant

New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority seeks a qualified candidate to fill an Accountant position.  Responsibilities will include the accounting transactions and functions relative to one or more major components of the Authority's business or major segments of the accounting process; such as loan servicing, investments, and Mortgage Credit Certificates; as well as, the preparation of various financial reports.  Successful candidate will have experience with computerized financial and accounting systems, extensive Microsoft Excel experience, and a solid understanding of generally accepted accounting practices with excellent time management and attention to detail skills. Qualifications include Bachelor’s degree in a related field with five years relevant experience or equivalent combination of education/experience.

Rental Housing Assistant

New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority is looking for a qualified candidate to fill the Rental Housing Assistant position.Responsibilities will include responding to phone requests for information on housing programs, processing applications, determining program eligibility and maintaining all aspects of our waiting list in accordance with HUD regulations. The Rental Housing Assistant also coordinates required mailings including initial application and eligibility notifications. The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma and at least 3 years of relevant work experience. A strong command of the English language is required and the ability to speak/understand Spanish is preferred.
