What will you do?
We’re hiring a full-time Compliance & Grants Manager for our Finance & Accounting Division to advise and aid program staff by assessing and mitigating risks from regulatory non-compliance and creating a regular program of risk review. Position will also assist with and coordinate responses to regulatory audits, perform accounting transactions and functions for grants, and identify and assess audit and compliance risks relative to grants and programs administered by staff to create and/or modify compliance processes.

What’s required?
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and at least five years of relevant work experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong audit and accounting experience required. Legal or insurance background preferred.

What will you do?
Our Lending Analyst will be responsible for review and approval or rejection of mortgage loans, including purchase-rehab loans, to ensure loans meet all requirements. Coordinate completion, purchase, and assumptions of loans. You’ll manage and administer all aspects of special loan and grant programs in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, rules, and policies. You’re also responsible for ensuring quality control in accordance with policy.

What’s required?
The successful candidate will have knowledge of and experience in all aspects of mortgage lending, and an expert ability to think analytically, make decisions, and complete tasks with a high degree of accuracy. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or at least five years of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
