Notice of Public Hearing Regarding 323 Manchester Street Project

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be conducted by the New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority in the Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester facility located at 2 Wall Street, Manchester, New Hampshire 03101 at 5:00pm on Monday, January 24, 2022, with respect to a proposal for financing by New Hampshire Housing Financing Authority for a project known as 323 Manchester Street.  New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority intends to approve the use of up to $1,500,000 in Affordable Housing Fund (AHF) monies as part of the financing for the renovation and expansion of the existing facility located at 323 Manchester Street, Manchester, New Hampshire, which will increase the number of single room occupancy units from 16 to 22. The sponsor of the proposed project is the Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester in Manchester, New Hampshire.

New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority is the administrator of the Affordable Housing Fund pursuant to RSA 204-C:56-62 and has established rules (HFA 113) for the administration of the Affordable Housing Fund.

Written comments will be accepted for two business days following the public hearing and must be received by email, fax, or physical delivery no later than 3:00 p.m. on January 26, 2022.
