Notice of Public Hearing Regarding Bronstein Redevelopment 4%

Notice is hereby given that, on Monday, May 24, 2021 from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM, New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority (the Authority) will hold a public hearing via electronic means in accordance with Emergency Order #12 pursuant to Executive Order 2020-04 with respect to a proposal for financing by the Authority for a project known as Bronstein Redevelopment 4%. The Authority intends to approve the use of up to $3,300,000 in Affordable Housing Fund (AHF) monies as part of the financing; the amount approved may be decreased or increased at the Authority’s discretion. The proposed financing is for the construction of a multi-family, general occupancy rental housing project located at 41 Central Street in Nashua, New Hampshire. The proposed approximately $48,000,000 project will provide 166 units of rental housing. The owner of the proposed project will be Bronstein 4% Limited Partnership of which Nashua Housing and Redevelopment Authority is a controlling participant. The Authority is the administrator of the Affordable Housing Fund pursuant to RSA 204-C:56-62 and has established Rules for the administration of the Affordable Housing Fund (HFA 113).
Written comments will be accepted for two business days following the public hearing, and must be received by email, fax, or physical delivery no later than 4:30 p.m. on May 26, 2021.
