New Hampshire Housing is pleased to announce that our rates are currently the lowest in our more than 30 year history! New Hampshire Housing is committed to offering the lowest rates possible, given current market conditions, to help first-time home buyers realize the dream of home ownership.

The $8,000 federal first-time homebuyer tax credit may be used with New Hampshire Housing's mortgage program. To find out if you are eligible for the tax credit, please visit the IRS web site.
