– Income-Qualified, Green Building Development is Public-Private Partnership –
Governor Chris Sununu will speak at the June 16 ribbon cutting ceremony for Chandler Place Apartments in Plaistow, a new multi-family affordable housing development built through a public-private partnership. The 25 one- and two-bedroom units provide reduced rents for income-qualified senior residents. This new community incorporates “green building” technologies and low-impact development methods, featuring storm water management, rain gardens and basins, and is landscaped with native plants.
