Program Manager, Multi-Family Development

New Hampshire Housing is seeking a full time Program Manager, Multi Family Development, responsible for administering the supportive housing program, including drafting requests for proposals, conducting information sessions, and building relationships with external partners. The Program Manager, Multi Family Development will also review and process funding applications, ensure Authority program compliance and assist in developing financing strategies. A Master’s degree in a related field and at least three years of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Accountant, Loan Operations

New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority seeks a qualified candidate to fill an Accountant position. Responsibilities will include the accounting transactions and functions relative to one or more major components of the Authority's business or major segments of the accounting process; such as loan servicing, investments, and reconciliations; as well as, the preparation of various financial reports. Successful candidate will have experience with computerized financial and accounting systems, extensive Microsoft Excel experience, and a solid understanding of generally accepted accounting principles with excellent time management and attention to detail skills. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field with five years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education/experience.
