ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

New Hampshire Housing is looking for qualified candidates for a full-time Administrative Assistant position. Duties include administrative and clerical responsibilities in support of the CFO and Finance & Accounting Division. Responsibilities will include maintaining databases, coordinating meetings, answering phones, including back up coverage to reception, calendar maintenance, document management, mail distribution and other supportive activities. The Administrative Assistant will also assist accounts payable and loan servicing with activities such as preparing and mailing checks and file management. Proficiency in Microsoft software programs is key to success, SharePoint experience preferred. An Associate’s Degree in a related field or at least four years relevant work experience or equivalent combination required, experience providing administrative support in a financial and/or non-profit environment desired.

ACCOUNTANT, LOAN OPERATIONS

New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority seeks a qualified candidate to fill an Accountant position. Responsibilities will include the accounting transactions and functions relative to one or more major components of the Authority's business or major segments of the accounting process; such as loan servicing, investments, and Mortgage Credit Certificates; as well as, the preparation of various financial reports.  Successful candidate will have experience with computerized financial and accounting systems, extensive Microsoft Excel experience, and a solid understanding of generally accepted accounting practices with excellent time management and attention to detail skills. Qualifications include Bachelor’s degree in a related field with five years relevant experience or equivalent combination of education/experience.

BUSINESS ANALYST

New Hampshire Housing is looking for qualified candidates for a full-time Business Analyst for its Homeownership division. This person is responsible for analyzing functions, processes, and procedures related to effective and efficient lending operations. Employee will support the implementation of new and improved systems, and train staff as needed. This person serves as the Homeownership liaison on general computer-based system issues with our Information Technology staff. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of computer-based systems and lending processes, a strong knowledge of mortgage programs, and the ability to lead teams and/or projects.
