FRONT DESK ASSISTANT

New Hampshire Housing seeks a Front Desk Assistant responsible for reception, phone handling, and general administrative duties. The successful candidate will have the ability to professionally greet and route all visitors, implement proper building access and security procedures, respond promptly to incoming calls and route callers accurately through organization, mail handling, order supplies, respond to general inquiries, as well as provide general clerical and administrative assistance. Skills should include ability to multi-task, strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software, aptitude for learning, and a friendly and polished demeanor. High School Diploma and three to five years relevant work experience are required.

PROGRAM MANAGER, LIHTC

New Hampshire Housing seeks a full time Program Manager, LIHTC, responsible for administering ongoing multi-family programmatic initiatives, with significant responsibility for independent operation of the Low Income Housing Tax Credit program, as well as participating in the development of new housing programs, and assisting the Director of Housing Development as necessary. The successful candidate will have the ability to lead the Qualified Allocation Plan review and evaluation, maintain familiarity with all federal cross-cutting requirements under various funding programs, and maintain relationships with lenders, developers, consultants, and housing advocates locally and nationally. A Master’s degree in a related field and at least three years relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

ASSET MANAGER

New Hampshire Housing is currently looking for an Asset Manager providing project oversight for properties funded under the Section 8 Performance Based Contract Administration, Low Income Housing Tax Credit, HOME, and Tax Exempt Bond programs, as well as other special programs administered by the Authority. The successful candidate will have the ability to conduct physical inspections and management reviews, approve project expenditures, monitor property management contracts, understand and interpret Federal Regulations and regulatory documents. The candidate must also have a general knowledge of accepted accounting principles and Microsoft Office products, and the ability to work well in a team environment. A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or at least five years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education/experience preferred. Federal affordable housing program experience desired.

BUSINESS ANALYST

New Hampshire Housing seeks a full time Business Analyst, responsible for analyzing the operation, enhancement, and security of all computer related systems that impact multi-family management and development operations, including the generation, verification, and submission of federal and management data. A strong knowledge of Office 365, including Microsoft Access, as well as the ability to act as system administrator for multiple databases and management systems is key. The successful candidate will communicate effectively and train staff and external business partners on existing and new systems and enhancements. Experience with Section 8/TRACS system and InspectCheck are preferred. A Master’s degree in a related field and at least three years relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

SENIOR PROGRAMMER/ANALYST

New Hampshire Housing seeks a full-time Senior Programmer/Analyst. The successful candidate must be able to analyze user requirements and then design, develop, and implement computer software applications.  Experience with Progress 4GL programming, business process analysis, and database design is preferred.  Experience with RAD low code technologies is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field and at least three years prior experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience required.
